1ab) Provider's outdoor climbing equipment did not have 6 ft of fall zones in toddler playground from seesaw to wall, or preschool area and woodchips in toddler outdoor measured 7.5 inches deep next to climbing structures. Outdoor climbing equipment in preschool playground measured 6.5 inches deep next to climing strucutres, airplane climbing structure does not have 6 ft of fall zones from assortment of toys next to it and large climbing structure does not have 6 ft of fall zones from climbing ladder to parallel metal bars.
